OVERVIEW This website is operated by Narvae. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Narvae. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - SHOPPING & ELIGIBILITY By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL As stated in our Refund Policy, Narvae does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. * You acknowledge that it is the customer’s responsibility to consult the provided Size Guide before purchase.

    •    In the case of a manufacturing defect, you must notify us at hello@narvae.co within 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    •    Processing & Shipping: Please allow 7–14 business days for your package to be processed and delivered.

    •    Accuracy: Narvae is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.

    •    Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Narvae are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Narvae and protected by international copyright laws.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
